Goofy Foot Dog Rescue is always in need of foster homes in the West and Middle Tennessee areas! We provide everything you need including all vetting, medications, food, puppy pen/crate, puppy pads, toys, etc.

There is nothing more rewarding than having a hand in the journey homeless dogs take, from being discarded, to a wonderful new life.

I understand and agree to all information provided to me in my application process. If the animal I foster is on medication as directed. I will not let the animal out loose by itself. If during the time I am foster the animal it requires medical attention I will contact Goofy Foot Dog Rescue first. I understand the foster animal is the property of Goofy Foot Dog Rescue and will not sell, trade or dispose of the animal. I agree to care for the animal until the appropriate adoptive home is found. I understand the importance of my own animals being up to date on all standard vaccines. *

I understand that although Goofy Foot Dog Rescue takes reasonable care to screen animals for foster care placement, they make no guarantee relating to the animals' health, behavior or actions. I understand that I receive foster animals at my own risk and can reject or return any animals for which Goofy Foot Dog Rescue has asked me to provide care. I indemnify and hold harmless from all liability arising out of any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, action, judgement of every kind and description which may occur to or be suffered by me, members of my household, my own animals or any third parties by reason of activities arising out of this agreement. I release Goofy Foot Dog Rescue and it's officers from responsibility for any disease that may be contracted by my resident animal(s), or myself, from the foster animal. *
